Les Vignes à Fanfan

Discover Fanfan's wines, classic grape varieties from Eastern France, such as Chardonnay, Gamaret and Pinot Noir, or more Jura-style varieties like Trousseau or Alsatian varieties like Pinot Auxerrois.

On the relatively steep slopes of the Haute Vallée de la Loue, Fanfan tends his lyre-shaped vines with simplicity and ecological awareness, introducing sheep in the autumn to 'clean up' the late-season grass growth.

The vinification is also carried out with the aim of producing a product that is as healthy as possible, allowing fermentation to take place naturally and adding no inputs apart from a touch of sulphites!
