The Debrie house welcomes you to rue Velotte, in Montbéliard, in the Doubs. Created 40 years ago by Jean-Pierre Debrie, it is now his son, Jean-Christophe Debrie, who is the worthy heir of this pastry and chocolate shop. For him, chocolate is a family heritage but also a question of quality, tradition, creativity and work. The recipe is simple: it is by bringing together all these ingredients that one becomes a master in the art of chocolate.
At Maison DEBRIE, all kinds of delicacies are permitted: sweets, ballotins, bars, spreads, etc. The chocolate is made from a meticulous selection of great cocoa beans from carefully chosen destinations. Discover also a range of confectionery, in pretty boxes or in bulk, delicious caramels, fruit jellies, macaroons and petits fours. The house also offers a wide range of chocolate and fruit desserts, logs, pastries, sorbets and frozen desserts in all their variations. As the seasons go by, Jean-Christophe and his team take care to renew flavours and presentations, to favour fresh fruit in the entremets and sorbets, and not to add sugar to their pastries.
