A flagship of Bresse gastronomy and the House's signature product, the Giraudet quenelle owes its reputation as much to the exceptional quality of its raw materials (durum wheat semolina, Bresse AOC butter, Bresse poultry, Dombes pike, etc.) as to its traditional production. Since 1910, the Giraudet quenette has been marked with a groove left by the spoon molding process, this famous ancestral gesture preserved for more than a century by the House.
