All the plants we use grow in the Haut-Doubs at an altitude of over 900 m. They therefore benefit from the exceptional properties of mountain plants. Cultivation, harvesting and transformation are carried out in an artisanal way and "by hand". Much more than organic, these products have all the qualities of small productions and the taste of preparations made with love.
