Moulin de ponts des vents - Artisanat
We use water-driven millstones to make organic wheat flour and wafers, which we sell. We use these flours to make old-fashioned bread: hand-kneaded with pure natural leaven and baked on site over a wood fire. Our oven also bakes a range of shortbread (with gaudes!) and pastries that change with the seasons. Home bakers in search of good flour, lovers of good bread and nostalgic gourmets, come and find what you're looking for!
