We use water-driven millstones to make organic wheat flour and wafers, which we sell. We use these flours to make old-fashioned bread: hand-kneaded with pure natural leaven and baked on site over a wood fire. Our oven also bakes a range of shortbread (with gaudes!) and pastries that change with the seasons.
