Nos jardins imparfaits is a young brand of certified organic drinks and jams based in the south of the Jura.
Both organic producers of fruit and aromatic plants and artisan processors, Amandine and Tristan want to reconcile common sense with the pleasure of the senses by offering
ethical and atypical products, the fruit of their gourmet imagination and their ecological convictions. Because, yes, it is possible to enjoy food without at the same time damaging the planet and its ecosystems!
Their fields and workshop are located in Les-Trois-Châteaux, in the Revermont region, in the foothills of the Jura, overlooking the Bresse plain.
Their curiosity has led them to conceive of their gardens as conservatory orchards, where old and rare collections of fruit, vegetables and herbs are combined,
varieties all chosen for their taste. For example, Bresse chillies are grown alongside Mexican tarragon, the Belle fille de Salin apple tree is grown alongside the Yuzu lemon tree, and red berries include the Rose de Cote d'Or raspberry and the Noir de Bourgogne blackcurrant.
They transform the fruit of their own production (and that of organic producer friends) into natural drinks combining fruit, spices and aromatics. More recently, they have created a range of organic botanical sodas, fizzy, low-sugar drinks made from macerated plants and verjuice (juice from grapes picked before they are ripe).
