
Pâtisserie-Chocolaterie Nicolas Galmiche
Since 2007, Nicolas Galmiche has been passionately creating 100% home-made pastries and chocolates in the heart of the Jura region.
As a chef-chocolatier who respects seasonality, he grows many of his own ingredients (fruit, herbs, rhubarb, courgettes...) to offer original, fresh and authentic creations.
His shop offers a wide range of chocolates: dark, white, pralines, ganaches, orangettes, mendiants, griottines, as well as elaborate chocolate decorations for Christmas logs or pièces montées.
With a focus on quality and originality, it also offers unique regional specialities such as the 'Jules-Grévy' cake, liqueur sweets and pâté en croûte au vin jaune, made with local produce such as Comté cheese, Pannessières honey and locally distilled spirits.
