For some years now, we have been offering a variety of fish from lowland ponds that have been raised naturally.

Our zoo sanitary approval allows us to certify the local character of our products as well as their traceability, which guarantees their quality.

Our products are seasonal (except for ornamental and live fish) and therefore not available all year round and only on prior order.

Our activity includes the breeding of ornamental fish (Koi, goldfish...), live fish (carp, ides.....), fish for restocking ponds and rivers (pike, carp, pike-perch, black bass, tench, perch.....) but also the renting of angling ponds, trout fishing and pond management.

We are also diversifying our activity with a processing laboratory with the aim of reviving the consumption of freshwater fish.

Thus we offer on our site of Tramelans in Darbonnay fresh whole fish (gutted or not), fresh or smoked fish fillet (hot or cold) and aperitif broth.
