Proud to be Artisans, we make it a point of honour to work with the greatest respect for the know-how handed down by the first generation of THAURIN brothers. Thanks to this ancestral expertise, the rigorous selection of our pigs ensures that the meat we use is of consistent quality, which is essential for obtaining a unique finished product.

We have opted for a just-in-time supply system, based on a short supply chain, to ensure that we evolve with respect for tradition, the animals and our environment. Our aim is to make quality purchases that go directly from the farmer to the consumer. Our raw materials are then processed and matured on our premises in CERNANS.

In our shop, you'll find smoked cured hams, bacon, braisis, smoked ham nuts, sausages with yellow wine, Arbois wine, Macvin and hazelnuts, smoked sausages, sausages, terrines and much more.

To please your friends and family, you can also order baskets made to measure to suit your tastes.
