SCAF des Premiers Sapins

Nestling in the heart of the small village of Epenoy, at the entrance to the first fir trees, our dairy produces Comté cheese. Every evening, we collect milk from 23 farms, for processing the following morning.

We mature our Comté cheese at Monts et Terroirs in Poligny, and sell only Comté made by us.

We are a small team of 6 people - 4 in the cheese dairy and 2 in the shop - quite young and very dynamic.

You'll find plenty of local products, including sweets, chocolate, charcuterie, alcohol, sweet drinks, gift ideas and clothes, all sourced from neighbouring regions. Favouring local products is our D.A. All our cheeses are farmhouse or PDO.

We are open Monday to Saturday from 9am to 12pm and from 4pm to 7pm. Our self-service vending machine is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
