Producer-gatherer-processor of natural products: plants, flowers or buds.

We use organic farming methods to grow around ten plants (Spearmint, Thyme, Lavender, Verbena, etc.) on a 3,000 m² plot of land at an altitude of 600 m in the Jura mountains. Other plants are picked in the wild in our beautiful Jura mountains (> 800m altitude), in strict respect for the natural environment. The plants are then processed into syrups, delicacies, herbs, ice creams and sorbets, etc.

I take care of everything from start to finish, from harvesting and production to processing,
packaging through to distribution or delivery.
