Producer-gatherer-processor of natural products: plants, flowers or buds.

We use organic farming methods to grow around ten plants (Spearmint, Thyme, Lavender, Verbena, etc.) on a 3,000 m² plot of land at an altitude of 600 m in the Jura mountains. Other plants are picked in the wild in our beautiful Jura mountains (> 800m altitude), in strict respect for the natural environment. The plants are then processed into syrups, delicacies, herbs, ice creams and sorbets, etc.

I take care of everything from start to finish, from picking and production to processing, packaging and distribution or delivery.

GUIDED TOUR
I'll be opening the doors of my organic garden to show you all the plants I grow: will you be able to recognise them? It's also an opportunity to explain how my products are made: syrups, delights, sorbets, etc.
Visit by appointment only - duration: 45min - visit with tasting of two products - up to 15 people - visit can be adapted according to the season and the weather.
