Spiru what? Spirulina!
Spirulina is a seaweed with a reputation for having multiple benefits.
Come and find out what spirulina is and how it's grown at Villers-Saint-Martin, just outside Baume-les-Dames.
The Jeannot family farm produces milk and meat. They also produce methane gas. And recently, spirulina has been growing in the ponds under the greenhouse. Why this choice of diversification?
Visit the Jeannot family farm at Puy de la Velle.
