Atelier : Les mauvaises herbes à table !

This activity is preceded by an opportunity to identify and gather wild edible plants in the Saline Royale. The aim of this workshop is to change the way we look at plants known as "weeds". Participants learn how to identify them and prepare them according to a recipe (savoury or sweet). This time of sharing ends with a convivial tasting session.
