Belvédère du barrage de Vouglans

This panoramic viewpoint offers a breathtaking view of the Vouglans dam. You'll plunge into the history of the dam's construction through the reconstruction of the foreman's hut.

In 2021, German artist Klaus Dauven, in collaboration with EDF, has created an ephemeral fresco using a kärcher. This fresco represents the various tree species that make up the forests of the Jura.

On site you will find a car park, a welcome sign, a picnic area, a relaxation area and dry toilets. It is also the starting point for several hikes.
