Since 1994, the Boucherie Bulle has been located in Saint-Laurent-en-Grandvaux, in the Haut-Jura region. Taken over in 2016, the butchery and delicatessen offers you quality meats. With more than 10 years' experience in the field, your butcher puts his experience and know-how in traditional production and advice on the best meats at your service. Our aim is to maximise the use of short distribution channels by choosing local meats (pork from Franche-Comté, poultry from Bresse, veal from the Ain).

Boucherie Bulle also offers a catering service for all your events (weddings, birthdays, christenings, etc.), with products delivered to an area near Saint-Laurent-en-Grandvaux (around 20 km). We can also provide a service on request. Contact us for a quote or for more information.

Depending on the season, your butcher offers a range of specialities
Alsatian roulades: (small paupiettes with cooked sauerkraut, a few thin slices of cervelas, all rolled up in a pork cutlet, barded with a little smoked bacon).

Stuffed rabbit: farmhouse rabbit, completely boned, rolled up and stuffed with a fine homemade stuffing.
Farm chicken thighs stuffed with prunes: a sweet and savoury mixture that is often on sale at the end of the week.
Homemade veal paupiettes: with sausage meat and ham
Orloff roast pork: with comté cheese and bacon
Tripes (home-made Caen-style)
Chinese fondues: to be ordered 1 day in advance
Pierrade and fondue bourguignonne: order 1 day in advance
Deliciously seasoned home-made Andouillettes (finely chopped)
