Chemin des rencontres

The "Chemin des rencontres" is a soft mobility path, currently being built between La Chaux-de-Fonds (CH) and the Val de Morteau. Intended to connect to the "Chemin du Train" greenway (between Gilley and Pontarlier), it will eventually create a continuous link of more than 50 km between the mountains of Neuchâtel and the Haut-Doubs.
Reserved for non-motorized traffic, its tourist and cultural vocation is coupled with a desire to promote soft mobility for both utility and pleasure, as well as to contribute to bringing regional communities closer together and to promote well-being and conviviality by contributing to the principles of sustainable development.
