Cinéma Eldorado

The Eldorado is a municipal cinema for the town of Ornans, a local cultural facility that brings the 7? art form to life in the heart of the town. With 153 seats, including 5 accessible to people with reduced mobility, the cinema offers comfortable and friendly conditions for all audiences.

Equipped with digital and 3D projection, the cinema guarantees optimum image and sound quality. Films are programmed as close as possible to their national release date, enabling spectators to discover new releases in excellent conditions.

Throughout the year, the Eldorado offers a varied and demanding programme of films for the general public, arthouse films, family screenings and special events for young audiences. In 2021, the cinema was awarded the Art et Essai classification as well as the Young Audiences label, in recognition of the quality and diversity of its offering.

As a partner in image education schemes - École et cinéma, Collège au cinéma and Ciné des Petits - the Cinéma Eldorado plays an active role in raising awareness of cinema among the younger generation.
