Compagnie Passaros

The Passaros Company provokes improbable encounters between dancers, artists, residents, passers-by and spectators. The creations are developed on the thread of art and life, playing between fiction and reality, drawing from the deep humanity that constitutes each one, with the body as its support, the bodies in all their aspects.
Since its creation, Passaros has created more than 26 choreographic pieces for different audiences. Passaros invents choreographic and artistic actions involving professionals and amateurs of all kinds whose field of representation evolves in national networks, ranging from the plateau to more unexpected spaces (nature, villages, districts in urban areas, public space, homes, cultural, educational or medico-social structures...).
In the field of broadcasting and transmission, the company is involved with a wide variety of audiences, from hospitals to prisons, from children to the elderly and people with disabilities, to enable everyone to discover the richness of the body and its choreographic languages.
Compagnie Passaros is at the origin of the festival L'IrRégulier dedicated to the question of dance beyond differences, senses and perceptions.
Passaros receives financial support from the Ministry of Culture - DRAC Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, the Ain Department Council and the City of Bourg-en-Bresse as well as from its donors.
