From laboratory to vineyard: in the footsteps of Pasteur in Arbois

The day begins with a visit to Louis Pasteur's home and laboratory, to discover his private life.
From the billiard room to the bedroom, and including his personal intact laboratory still inhabited by the soul of its illustrious owner and by the effervescence of his experiments in the Jura, it was in fact in Arbois that he carried out his work on fermentations in order to perfect the famous fermentation.
For lunch, head to the Comptoir des Docks, in the central square of Arbois.
This restaurant serves traditional French cuisine based on fresh seasonal produce in a warm and cosy atmosphere.
The Domaine de La Pinte invites you to discover the wines of the Jura in the pure Arbois tradition, with a tasting of five wines and a mâchon jurassien of regional cheeses and charcuterie.
