Du Vent dans les Cordes" from Châtel-Guyon in Auvergne is more than just an orchestra, it's an intergenerational ensemble of around fifty musicians, singers and actors.
Its original, themed concerts are an invitation to get away from it all, with a repertoire ranging from classical to variety, including jazz and traditional music from near and far...
Adults, children, teenagers, amateurs or professionals, the musicians come from different backgrounds, each bringing their own sensibility, experience, musicality and passion.
Each year, the Du Vent dans les Cordes orchestra creates a new show. The production takes place during a week-long residency in a different region each year.

The people of Montifagussin are getting ready for an exceptional week from 6 to 13 July. 50 musicians of all ages will be livening up the village every morning during rehearsals. The afternoons will be devoted to a variety of cultural and sporting visits. The week will culminate in an open-air performance.
