The MCF mountain bike school in Métabief is open all year round to teach you the basics or perfect your riding skills in the mountains.

From 7 to 77 years old and on all types of mountain bike, our state-qualified instructors are on hand to supervise you throughout the area, summer and winter alike!

How do you choose your mountain bike? From a simple ride on the Mont d'Or to the black pistes of the Métabief area, there's a mountain bike for every discipline. If you don't have your own equipment, the various hire companies in the resort will be able to advise you on how to get the most out of your mountain bike!
