In Saint-Maurice-Crillat, in the heart of the lakes and waterfalls of the Jura, our cheesemakers transform the milk of some 500 Montbéliard cows into Comté AOP, butter, fromage blanc and cream every morning.
Cheese tasting Organic Comté cheese production, various maturing processes, mild, fruity, large reserve, but also morbier, raclette, butter, cream, faisselles, all of which are also organic.

Drive to the Tour du Meix.

Around 11:30 am: Embarkation for a pleasant lunch cruise on board the boat Louisiane.

Guided tour of Baume les Messieurs.
The Abbaye Saint-Pierre de Baume-les-Messieurs is a former Benedictine abbey located in the Franche-Comté region, on the territory of the commune of Baume-les-Messieurs, in the Jura department.
Discover the history of the abbey through the archaeological remains on display, with in particular the presence of stained glass windows from the Carolingian period, the second largest deposit of its kind in Europe.
