Every morning at Saint-Maurice-Crillat, in the heart of the Jura lakes and waterfalls, our cheesemakers transform the milk from some 500 Montbéliard cows into Comté PDO cheese, butter, fromage blanc and cream.
Cheese tasting Organic Comté production, with different maturing processes: mild, fruity, long reserve, as well as morbier, raclette, butter, cream and faisselles, all of which are also ORGANIC.

Drive to Tour du Meix.

Around 11:30: Boarding for a pleasant lunch cruise aboard the Louisiane.
