At an altitude of more than 1100 metres, you will discover the behind-the-scenes production and maturing process of the Badoz Cheese Dairy, founded in 1961. Come and immerse yourself in the heart of the Jura Mountains and our know-how in our Image Barn.
In addition to the traditional AOP cheeses made at the Fromagerie Badoz: Mont d'Or, Comté, Morbier as well as a wide variety of pressed cooked and uncooked cheeses, and a varied choice of Cancoillottes, the shop offers 100% local and artisanal products. Beer from the La Bonne Bouille brewery in Pontarlier, the renowned Jura wine from Domaine Badoz in Poligny or the charcuterie from Tuyé du Papy Gaby in Gilley will go perfectly with our cheeses.
Sylvie welcomes you on Monday from 4.30 pm to 7.15 pm, on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10 am to 12.15 pm and from 4.30 pm to 7.15 pm; on Friday and Saturday from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm and from 4 pm to 7.30 pm. Closed on Monday morning and Sunday. A vending machine is at your disposal 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
