At an altitude of over 1,100 metres, you'll get a behind-the-scenes look at how cheese is made and matured at Fromagerie Badoz, which was founded in 1961. Take a seat in our Grange à Images and immerse yourself in the heart of the Jura Mountains and our expertise.
In addition to the traditional PDO cheeses made at Fromagerie Badoz: Mont d'Or, Comté, Morbier, as well as a wide variety of pressed cooked and uncooked cheeses, and a varied selection of Cancoillottes, the shop offers 100% local and artisanal products.
The shop is open Mondays from 4.30pm to 7.15pm, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10am to 12.15pm and from 4.30pm to 7.15pm; Fridays and Saturdays from 9.30am to 12.30pm and from 4pm to 7.30pm. Closed on Sundays. A cash dispenser is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
