You'll be immersed in the heart of the workshops, thanks to our film "Passionate Men, Generous Nature", for a journey to meet the master cheesemakers and ripeners. The experience is rounded off with a spectacular view of the maturing cellars, where you can admire the care that goes into making these exceptional Comtés.
In addition to the traditional PDO cheeses made at Fromagerie Badoz: Mont d'Or, Comté, Morbier, as well as a wide variety of pressed cooked and uncooked cheeses, and a varied selection of Cancoillottes, the shop also offers 100% local and artisanal products.
The shop is open Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 7pm, and on Saturdays from 9.30am to 1pm and from 2pm to 6.30pm.
