We're right in the heart of the Haut-Doubs mountains, in the beautiful Saugeais region, with pastures at an altitude of over 1,000 metres!

We work exclusively with organic milk, and all the other essential products used to make our cheeses are organic.

You can visit the cheese-making process and Christian Jacquet, the cheese-maker, and Aline Bez, the shop assistant, will be delighted to show you around. The visit will end with a tasting session to tantalise your taste buds! However, it is essential to book your visit.
