We are located in the heart of the Hauts-Doubs mountains, in the beautiful Saugeais region, with pastures at an altitude of over 1,000 metres!
We only work with organic milk and all the other essential products for the production of our cheeses are organic.
A visit to the production site is possible and Christian Jacquet, the cheese maker, and Aline Bez, the shop assistant, will be happy to show you their work. The visit will end with a tasting that will awaken your taste buds! It is however essential to book your visit.
