Fruitière des Coteaux d'Ornans

The Comté cheese dairy on the slopes of Ornans processes 2.7 million litres of milk each year, produced by the 10 farms in the communes of Ornans, Echevannes, Guyans-Durnes, Durnes and Voires.
The Comté cheese is matured in Poligny by the Vagnes cheese makers.

At the dairy shop you can buy Comté, Morbier, raclette and butter.

Visits to the cheese dairy are organised by appointment every Monday and Thursday from 11am to 12pm.
