What is Art Therapy? Psychotherapy based on artistic creation. The sole aim of the session is to offer the patient artistic stimulation so that they can re-establish an inner and outer dialogue. Art therapy is therefore a creative process, a work of the mind that provides a medium for self-expression. Workshops, from age 7, for individuals, groups, companies...
The creative aspect of a session is always based on the idea of play, especially with children. The therapist's approach is based on listening and dialogue with the patient, who is welcomed in a calm, caring and confidential environment.
Creative materials are provided by the practice. Group sessions can be arranged for those who wish to share the same issues with other patients.
