La Barcarolle

La Barcarolle is a musical theatre company based in the Ain since 2000.

Its watchwords are laughter, fantasy, joy, music and dance...
Its shows are comedies in which songs from the French chanson repertoire are inserted, performed by the actors/singers who are accompanied on stage by the musicians.

From "La Guinguette à Suzon" to "Feux d'artifice", not forgetting "Maudit Héritage, J'y crôa pas, vive le roi, Sexy flag, Aux beaux jambonneaux...". La Barcarolle has accumulated 23 years of experience with 10 different plays. Today it boasts 7 actresses/actors, 2 musicians, a devoted entourage and a loyal audience.

Between acting, singing, dancing and laughter, La Barcarolle continues to scour the territory wherever it is called upon, spreading joy and good humour to all those who want it.
