La Buvette du Conservatoire

Bordering the Place de la Révolution, the Buvette, a wine bar, occupies the former music conservatory in the heart of the city.

The setting? Old flagstones on the floor, a long marble bar, a giant portrait of Gustave Courbet, mirrors, vintage furniture... a cosy tasting room and a vast and much appreciated terrace. To extend your wine, cocktail or champagne tasting moments, the chef concocts, according to his inspiration, beautiful charcuterie and cheese plates, mimosa eggs, organic beef tartar, smoked fish rillettes...
