Since 2014, La Caborde has been responding to the region's desire for a venue dedicated to wine tourism and offering cultural and unifying events.

"La Caborde" takes its name from one of the local names once given to the dry-stone huts found in the Jura vineyards. Used for storing small items of equipment and as a shelter, it is also known in the surrounding area as a "caborne", "cadole" or "capette".

The activities and operation of the "aire viti-culturelle", the area in which La Caborde is located, are in keeping with the site's philosophy: to promote the region and its riches, whether human, gastronomic, historical, heritage or natural, through cultural programming and an offer accessible to as many people as possible.

To help you discover the diversity and richness of local wine production in the Cotes du Jura appellation zone, La Caborde offers you the chance to manage your own wine tasting and adapt it to your tastes and desires, thanks to a wine fountain that allows you to taste by the glass according to the selection of the moment.

Locally produced non-alcoholic beverages are also available, and the panoramic terrace and picnic area allow you to bring all your senses to your tasting.

* An area for discovering the wines and winegrowers of the Sud Revermont region, equipped with a tasting fountain.

* Temporary exhibition room with themed and artistic exhibitions from April to September.

* A screening room showing documentaries and films about the area, according to a set programme.
