Tray of cheeses covers approximately 45 different cheeses, including 12 AOP/AOC/IGP, thus covering all emblematic cheeses from the Savoie, Jura and Swiss regions

Since 2006, year of its first attendance, Fromagerie BOUCHET is a regular medalist at Paris Concours Général Agricole (France best agriculture contest) with a total of 17 medals won so far.
