Nestled in a carefully renovated former barn, this detached, two-story house offers a warm atmosphere blending exposed stone, spacious rooms, and wood accents inspired by the chalet style. Designed to comfortably accommodate up to six people, this gîte combines elegance with a cozy ambiance.

The large, light-filled living room opens onto a 30 m² private terrace, a true extension of the living space. Upstairs, the three bedrooms offer flexible bedding thanks to their twin beds that can be joined together.

Located at the crossroads of the Ain, Savoie, and Haute-Savoie departments, this holiday home in Corbonod enjoys a prime location. Whether you're a sports enthusiast or a lover of local produce, each day will be a new adventure. Beautiful hikes await you right from the gîte; the choice is yours: on foot or by bike. First floor: 3 bedrooms (each with two single beds, 90x190cm, which can be joined together). Shower room. Separate WC.

Air conditioning. Parking in front of the gîte.
Travel light: everything is included (beds made, towels, utilities). Cleaning is optional (€60).

The outdoor courtyard is still being perfected: it is taking its time to be as pretty as the rest of the cottage… and remains fully accessible while awaiting its final version planned for next spring.
