La Halte - Bivouac Les Seignes

Designed for 4-season use, the Halte Bivouac des Seignes provides a bivouac platform for hikers wishing to spend the night in a bivouac.
The facilities also include a sheltered picnic area and a dry toilet. A water point is also available 200 metres from the halt (the location is specified in the halt).
The Halte is located along the GTJ footpath, cross-country ski trail and a variant of the GTJ mountain bike trail.

La Halte is part of a wider programme in the Jura Mountains, run by the Grandes traversées du Jura and Espace Nordique Jurassien associations.
The two associations and the local authorities are offering new tourist and leisure services as part of the Plan Avenir Montagnes: bivouac areas, shelter huts and social areas.
