La Halte - Pique Nique Les Arboux

Designed for 4-season use, the convivial space offers a covered area for hikers wishing to take a break or find shelter.
The facilities also include the installation of a dry toilet and the renovation of an existing hut nearby.
La Halte is located on the Grandes Traversées du Jura (GTJ) walking and cycling route.

The new facilities at La Halte are part of a wider programme in the Jura Mountains run by the Grandes traversées du Jura and Espace Nordique Jurassien associations.
The two associations and the local authorities are offering new tourist and leisure services as part of the Plan Avenir Montagnes: bivouac areas, shelter huts and social areas.
