The Roman roads in the Revermont region provided links between the various nearby ancient towns and cities (Bourg-en-Bresse, Coligny, Lons-le-Saunier). This building was the subject of an extensive restoration campaign in the 1980s, carried out by volunteers and awarded the 8th prize for small heritage sites by Simone Veil. Marked by two thousand years of history, this restoration work still allows us today to walk in the footsteps of our ancestors! You can discover the traces left by the passage of wheels in the cobblestones and enjoy the shady path that leads to the Montagna belvedere.
