It's everywhere, in the mouths of wine tasters the world over. We often talk about volatile acidity as a possible or apparent defect in wine. When it blends into the wine, it often brings balance and depth. I'm firmly convinced of that!

The way I taste and choose bottles is often linked to this component. I find purity and verticality. So it's logical that volatile is an integral part of my project. It goes perfectly with the canons I want to share with you today.

To each his own

It's always difficult to talk about yourself. But I think it's important for you to know about the journey that has led to this new professional project.

From a very early age, during numerous trips, my parents passed on to me this desire to discover the riches of our beautiful country. Epicureans to the core, they also gave me a taste for good living through gastronomy. This has undoubtedly influenced my future career path.

After training as a hotelier in my native Var, here I am, combining my passion for wine with my profession. A few years later, this sommelier position enabled me to move to the Jura and join Nadine and Jean Paul Jeunet in their delicious establishment.

During those few years, the various encounters I had with professionals and winegrowers enabled me to develop a special relationship with vines and wine. They have been essential for me. Passing on the emotions, philosophies and stories of each person has become a necessity. It's certainly thanks to them that I was named "Sommelier of the Year 2013" by Gault&Millau.

Through my job, I've been able to share with my customers my discoveries and my great emotions from all the vineyards, whether French or foreign.
But my favourite moment was my encounter with the Jura vineyards and their propensity to promote organically-farmed wines, particularly natural wines. I discovered a diamond in the rough of French vineyards, with exceptional terroirs and a wide variety of products.

That's why, today, I've decided to create this e-commerce site, where I want to share my encounters and my experience with a wider public. You'll find a wide choice of wines from the Jura region, but also from other regions, all organically grown. These men and women, young and old, not always well known to the general public, have one thing in common: they put their passion at the service of exceptional bottles.
