Le Bocal : point de vente directe de produits fermiers

Fourteen farmers from Saint Sorlin en Bugey and the surrounding area have joined forces within the SAS Ain'en Ferme to open this direct sales outlet.

The idea is to offer a wide range of fresh and processed products: vegetables, fruit, meat (beef, lamb, pork, veal, poultry), dairy products, cheeses (goat's milk, ewe's milk, cow's milk, ramekin), snails, wines, breads, pastries, eggs, processed vegetables and fruit, honeys, jams... And the whole range is enriched by sales depots.

The months and even years of preparation have shown how passionate these farmers are, and who seek flavour in their products, but also with the will to share the progress in their activities, in their production techniques, in their relations with each other and with consumers.

The producers themselves run the shop from Wednesday to Saturday, to discuss with consumers the products they have prepared during the week and the life of their farms.
Le Bocal is a friendly space where transparency and exchange are the key words.
