Le Champ des Gourmands is the story of two farmer-glaciers, Sorya & Rémy, who decided in 2020 to take up a new career and give life to their project: making sorbets and other organic delights from their own produce, grown according to the principles of regenerative agriculture and promoting biodiversity. The products are marketed locally through direct sales and short distribution channels: at the farm, on board a shop trailer and in local grocery and specialist shops.
