Le Comptoir des Cascades is above all a human adventure.
When Camille and Maxime took over the place, their idea was simple: to create a warm, sincere and gourmet place that reflects their attachment to the Jura and to good produce.

Located just a stone's throw from the Cascades du Hérisson, the Comptoir is designed to be a place where locals and visitors alike can take a break and meet up. People come here for a coffee, a bite to eat, to discover local produce and, above all, to feel good.

Coffee takes centre stage. With a barista approach, each drink is prepared with care, focusing on quality, consistency and the pleasure of the gesture. Le Comptoir is a true coffee shop, with no pretensions, but with high standards.

The catering is based on a simple, tasty, home-made offering, with recipes inspired by the Jura region. The aim is not to do too much, but to offer the right products, well prepared and consistent with the identity of the place.

Le Comptoir des Cascades is also a 100% local delicatessen. Cheeses, charcuterie, sweets, artisan drinks and Jura wines are selected directly from regional producers. Each product is chosen for its quality and for the story it tells.
