Terms of cancellation
Our general terms and conditions of sale are governed by articles 95 to 103 of group VI of application decree 94.490 of 15 June 1994, governing the conditions of exercise of activities relating to the organisation of trips and holidays.
Reservation: receipt of this contract implies a firm reservation of services with our departments and the service providers concerned. The final number of participants must be confirmed 48 hours before arrival. Failing this, or if the number of participants is lower than that stated, the services will be invoiced on the basis of the number of participants stated on this quotation.
Deposit: a deposit of 30% is required on signing the quotation.
Payment: on receipt of invoice at the end of the service.
Prices and free services: the prices indicated are in Euros and may be revised in the event of economic changes. Prices are negotiated on the basis of a minimum number of participants. They are no longer guaranteed if the number of participants is lower than that shown on this quotation. The driver is entitled to a free ride.
Cancellation: any cancellation made less than 72 hours before the service is due to take place will incur a charge of 50% of the cost of the service. In the event of a no-show: the entire service will be invoiced.
