Emmanuel Vagneux's wine cellar in Les Fins, near Morteau, opens its doors to you. Between quality grape varieties and a wine bar, the cellar Les Chais du Val also offers you an activity: oenology courses twice a month, ideal if you live in the Morteau, Pontarlier, Maîche or Valdahon areas. Born from the original project of a true enthusiast, the Chais du Val would not have been possible without the help of Virginie Quemin, a certified oenologist, nor without the collaboration of Jean Philippe, an enthusiast and host of wine evenings.
