The wines: natural method, local production, confidential volumes, sustainable approach, free delivery to Divonne-les-Bains and surrounding areas.
Artisanal winemaking: rigorously selected for its terroir, the grapes are organically grown. They are hand-harvested, sorted and carefully de-stemmed, before being fermented using only indigenous yeasts.
The grapes are pressed with an old-fashioned press, among friends, without rushing, to obtain the best juice. The wine is aged in amphora, dame-jeanne or stainless steel vats. No fining or filtration, to preserve all the wine's richness. Each bottle is filled, corked, waxed and labeled by hand.
