Maison du ministre Courvoisier
After his parents went into exile, Jean Joseph Antoine Courvoisier (1775-1835) came to Baume-les-Dames to settle in. He was well known throughout the city thanks to his career. Indeed he was notably a lawyer in Baume-les-Dames, an advocate general in Besançon, a public prosecutor in Lyon, a deputy and a Minister of Justice.
