Mini-cruise around Dole: luxury and serenity on a private barge

Day 1:
Arrive in the afternoon in Dole, a town of art and history, to board the boat at 3pm from Damparis or Rochefort-sur-Nenon, on the Rhône-Rhine canal. The crew will take you to the boarding point.
Your hosts, Sandrine and Maxime, will welcome you aboard the elegant barge, privatised just for you.
Once you've settled comfortably into your cabin, you'll enjoy a leisurely 2-hour cruise around Dole to admire the lush green countryside and the breathtaking view of the Collegiate Church of Notre-Dame, a veritable jewel dominating the old town.
Return to the port in the late afternoon. You then have plenty of time to enjoy the barge in your own private space: cosy lounge, shaded panoramic terrace, games area or your own cosy cabin, as you wish.
Your gourmet dinner will be served as a "planche gourmande", made from carefully selected local produce and accompanied by a rosé wine.
And it's on board that you'll spend the night, in one of the two cocooning cabins, soothed by the gentle lapping of the water, curled up in your satin cotton sheets...

Day 2 :
A gourmet wake-up call after a good night's sleep on the water: you'll enjoy a hearty breakfast served on board, made with fresh produce.
At 11am, it's time to disembark, your eyes and taste buds full of memories, and your mind at rest.

The barge and its crew: the boat that welcomes you is a 1912 Dutch Luxemotor barge, 30 metres long and 5 metres wide. Completely renovated between 2000 and 2010, she has 2 cabins and all the modern facilities you need for premium comfort on board.
Sandrine and Maxime, the owners, make up the crew. From reception to navigation, catering and service, they take care of everything and will take great care of you. They remain discreet and occupy the back of the barge. Your privacy is guaranteed.

Your cabin: a haven of peace with a sophisticated yet warm atmosphere, your cabin is equipped with a Queen Size double bed (160x190 cm) that can be separated into 2 single beds according to your preferences (to be specified when booking). The top-of-the-range eco-friendly bedding includes cotton satin sheets, a satin duvet and 2 different pillows per person. You have a private bathroom with shower and WC. Bathroom linen is provided. There is plenty of storage space, as well as a desk for your moments of inspiration!

In addition to your cabin, you have access to a 30 m² living room with TV, dining area and games table. When the weather permits, the shaded outdoor terrace with panoramic views is also at your disposal (accessible by a few steps from the living room).

On-board amenities: reversible air conditioning, 220V electricity, Wi-Fi, safe, hairdryer, selection of organic bath products.

For everyone's comfort and safety, smoking is not permitted on board the barge. Pets are not allowed.
