A water-powered ecomuseum mill, classified as a Historic Monument, it has been in operation since medieval times. You can discover the workings of the mechanism and watch the flour being made. During your visit, you'll also see organic bread and biscuits baked in the wood-fired oven, which you'll find in the shop. You can also eat on site (pizzas, biscuits, local drinks, etc.) in the shade of our terrace on the banks of the Suran. We offer a bread-making school for children, schoolchildren and families (a day to make your own bread and visit the mill), as well as a bread-making course for adults, so you can make your own pure sourdough bread at home.
