Departure from Dole at 9:30 am and transport to the 1st brewery
Beer tastings and discussions at La Rouget de Lisle
Transport to the restaurant
- cold starter (raw vegetables and home-made terrine) or equivalent
- pork tenderloin marinated in black beer, honey and ginger with gratin dauphinois or equivalent
- homemade dessert (ice cream, cake or fruit pie of the moment)
- 2 glasses of craft beer or 2 glasses of wine
Transfer to the 2nd brewery
Beer tasting and exchange at The Baboon
Transfer to the 3rd brewery
Beverage tasting and chat at La Franche
Return to your city around 18h30
