
Papillon Gourmand - Atelier Culinaire
These workshops, which I have called Papillon Gourmand, which rhymes with Les Prés Volants, are inspired by the flavours of the Jura, Portugal and Italy.
and Italian flavours:
- To create cookery workshops with very specific themes, mixing Jura and traditional French cuisine with Portuguese (my origins), Italian and other world cuisines.
- Create themed pastry and cake design workshops, which I've been doing for over 15 years
- Promote and use fresh local and regional produce
- To provide a place to relax while cooking and to learn, aimed not only at tourists but also at the local and regional public.
The workshops will take place on Saturdays or Sundays and have a minimum capacity of 4 to 8 participants with no age limit.
