Petit train touristique de Besançon

In addition to a boat trip on the Doubs loop, the Petit Train Touristique invites you to discover the old town of Besançon in a different way. In 45 minutes, it winds its way through the picturesque narrow streets of the city, accompanied by audio commentaries recounting the history of Besançon.
The route includes a stop at the entrance to the Citadelle, before returning to the departure point in Faubourg Rivotte, in front of the Le Manège restaurant. The train also stops at Place du 8 Septembre and the Citadelle, allowing passengers to board and alight at these points.
The Little Train runs every hour during the summer holidays and at weekends, and on weekdays during the rest of the year, depending on passenger numbers.
