Point de vue : l’œil de la tourbière de Cerin (ENS)

The peat bog is rich in sphagnum moss, and the water forms a circular basin 40m in diameter and varying in depth from 2.5m to 3.2m, with a constant water level.

The Cerin peat bog is home to a large number of remarkable animal and plant species, including several protected species (Damier de la Sucisse butterfly, Bacchante butterfly, Azuré des Mouillères butterfly, Drosera butterfly, etc.).
