The EQUICOACHING sessions take place in the form of unmounted exercises, in the presence of one or more horses, in a riding school or a career. The interaction with the horse allows us to explore our emotions in order to welcome them, understand them, and then transform them into beneficial actions for ourselves and those around us

Because of its size and sensitivity, the horse is a powerful sounding board that offers deep insights. It captures our physical and psychic state, our emotions, our intentions, our presence in all its dimensions.
